Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the QRschedule website, marketplace, and public booking pages as a visitor or customer.
QRschedule is operated by ALGONLP SMC Private Limited. By using the platform you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. Businesses that create a workspace or subscribe to a paid plan are additionally bound by our Terms & Conditions.
1. Who May Use QRschedule
You may use the public pages to browse salons, use location search, view services and prices, save favourites, and book appointments. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a booking.
2. Bookings Are With the Listed Business
QRschedule is a booking and scheduling platform. Appointment availability, service descriptions, prices, taxes, cancellation and no-show rules, and the services themselves are set and provided by each independent listed business, not by QRschedule.
Your booking creates an arrangement between you and that business. Any dispute about the service received should first be raised with the business directly.
3. Accurate Information
When you book, you agree to provide accurate contact details, including a valid phone number and, where requested, a service address. You and the business may receive SMS, WhatsApp, or email updates about the booking on the details you provide.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Make fraudulent, fake, or automated bookings.
- Use another person's identity or payment details without authorisation.
- Interfere with, scrape, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform.
- Upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content in messages or reviews.
- Use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms.
5. Payments and Promotions
Where online payment is available, payments are processed through a secure payment gateway. Promotional offers and launch discounts are subject to their stated conditions and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund eligibility for bookings and subscriptions are described in our Refund & Return Policy. Individual businesses may apply their own cancellation windows, which are shown at the time of booking.
7. Intellectual Property
The QRschedule name, logo, software, and page content are owned by ALGONLP SMC Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission. Content you submit (such as reviews or messages) remains yours, but you grant QRschedule a licence to display and process it to operate the platform.
8. Availability and Changes
The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRschedule is not liable for the acts or omissions of listed businesses, for missed or unsatisfactory appointments, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
